I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location was perfect - it was very close to the center of Mestia, making it convenient to explore the city. Additionally, the staff was friendly and provided great service. The rooms were well-equipped with three single beds and a private bathroom with a stunning mountain view. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious and a great way to start the day. I highly recommend this hotel for its value for money, attention to detail, and basic amenities.
All was great, no improvements necessary!

Spacious rooms with private bathroom, central location, friendly owner, well-equipped shared lounge and kitchen, good value for money.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

Location was ideal - close to the main square and great for exploring the town. Also, ample parking available. Bathrooms were clean, and hot water was always available for showers, which was great during the colder months. The view from the balcony was also breathtaking, with snow-capped mountains visible and an overall peaceful atmosphere.
Unhelpful staff and a lack of information provided were big downsides - the staff seemed uninterested in assisting guests, and the initial check-in process was confusing. Also, the interior of the property was outdated and not well-maintained, making for an uncomfortable stay. the experience at this hotel was not ideal for a holiday stay during the Christmas period.

The accommodation is conveniently situated near the main square, offering easy access to transportation and restaurants. the rooms are simple and clean, with basic amenities such as hot showers and comfortable beds. Some rooms also have private bathrooms, and there is a public balcony with great views.
It may be difficult to communicate with staff and get help planning excursions or hikes in the area.

The price was reasonable. the views were stunning, perfect for those who enjoy nature. the staff, although not always present, were friendly when around.
The location was inconvenient, situated on a steep and unpaved hill making it difficult to access. the bathroom had a constant leak which made it uncomfortable.
